The KUSTENDORF CLASSIC festival of classical music has been held under the leadership of the world-famous director Emir Kusturica in the village of Drwengrad (Serbia) since 2013. Since its foundation, Gazprom Neft has been the general partner of the project. Its main idea is to support young talents from music schools and academies in Serbia, as well as young talents. In 2019, the festival has a new name. And in the same year it was decided to update the identity of the festival as well.
Our team updated the name of the festival, making it more universal. It was also quite natural to update the visual elements of the style in order to keep them in line with modern trends.
The KUSTENDORF CLASSIC brand united all kinds of arts: this name became common for film, theater and classical music festivals held in Drwengrad by the famous Serbian actor, musician and director. Previously, the festival was called "Bolshoi" and had a serbian spelling, which made it somewhat difficult to understand. Now we use the Latin alphabet for the name, which means it has a more universal format. The new identity allowed listeners and participants to look at the event in a new way. Now KUSTENDORF CLASSIC is a perfect reflection of the combination of the classical musical tradition and the aspirations of young musicians for creative freedom and independence.
