A brand for a new format of network development

CHALLENGE

Since 1997, the Arsenal-Real Estate group of companies has been building apartments in the economy, comfort and business class price segments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

SOLUTION

Our team had to develop a brand for a new format of network development in the residential real estate sector in order to increase the competitiveness of the company's new projects. The main condition of the project is to reflect the guidelines and priorities of the Arsenal-Real Estate group of companies and its approach to the urban environment.

RESULT

Development of brand attributes, which at the level of strategy and visual solutions were subsequently transferred to both individual residential projects (the Devyatkino neighbourhood) and sub-brands. The growth of the annual volume of orders in residential construction since the launch of proformat is 411%. The proformat brand is successfully used in 3 new projects of the company.
